Currently, a major challenge for the cloud computing providers is to overcome the lack of the available resources of the data centers, to increase the resource usage, to lower the operating costs and to shorten time-to-market cycle. The proposed solution is to create a distributed cloud data center – which represents a new approach to the creation of the IaaS.
